Summer is just around the corner! **If you are a current member and have already spoken with Heather or Amberlie, made arrangements for payment, and updated your information, you do not need to fill this form out.** We are processing our current members first (those who attend club currently and on a regular basis). Then we will begin on the waiting list. Once your request is processed you will be called at the number that you provide. We will attempt to make contact with you three times. If we have not succeeded in getting a hold of you, your application will be moved to the bottom of the list and we will call the next person in line. We acknowledge that there are more kids who would benefit from Summer Day Camp than we have spots for. As much as we would like to help everyone, we are limited by the number of staff, space and funds.
